Unclezoe is a small shop with many stories. The chef who was born in Shenyang, China, started cooking for his hard-working parents and sisters when he was 9-year -old. At the age of 18, he went to many hotels in Beijing and Guangzhou to learn skills and work in private kitchens, taking the essence of North and South, Chinese and Western food. The restaurant originated from the inheritance of several generations of culinary arts, and the integration of different catering cultures is improved in accordance with customer feedback. We cherish the fundamental and continuous improvement of unclezoe, there is no best, we hope to do better.
